Each month, a new intention guides all exercises, wellness prompts, and practices throughout the community. From here, members can explore the community following two paths:

Path One: Follow the weekly wellness prompts, engaging with specific areas of the community, or move intuitively at your own pace and let your intuition and curiosity lead the way.

Path Two: Follow the 6-Month Wellness Journey, a self-paced path designed to help you build sustainable habits in movement, nourishment, and reflection. You can begin at any time, pause when needed, and return whenever it feels right.
No matter which path you choose, the goal is the same: to support you in discovering and nurturing your authentic wellness journey.
