Join me for weekly yoga classes at Tower Barracks Physical Fitness Center and Stadthalle Grafenwöhr designed to help you release stress, build strength, and find balance.

All experience levels welcome.

Classes are taught in English with demonstrations and beginner-friendly modifications. Mats, blocks and straps provided. Tea and water available.

Due to limited space, online booking for each class is requested. Pay weekly or save and buy a class pack.

 

Plans & Pricing

  • Weekly Drop-In: €12

  • 6 Class Pack* (Good for 2 months): €60

  • 12 Class Pack* (Good for 4 months): €108

*If you buy a class pack, you will still need to register for each class you plan to attend. The booking system will automatically update your pack with each booking letting you know how many classes you have left.

Tower Barracks Base Access Required

NOTE: No classes on US Federal

or Training Holidays.

  • Classes are $5. (Prices set by U.S. Army Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Program.)

  • The Front Desk sells single class tickets or a 10-ticket book. (Credit Card only)

  • The gym supplies yoga mats, blocks and straps.

Do I need to be flexible to start yoga?

Not at all! Yoga is about progress, not perfection. My sessions are designed for beginners of all body types and ability levels.
