Workshops

Yoga and meditation workshops offer more time to focus on specific poses and techniques that you don't normally have during a regular yoga class.  Whether it's breaking down poses or focusing on breath work, you will feel more grounded in your practice and a renewed commitment to your wellness journey.

Mini Retreats

We don't always have the time to take a few days off for a retreat. But retreats are a necessary self-care tool for physical, mental and spiritual rejuvenation.  These mini retreats were created to give you small doses of guided time for stress reduction, self-discovery and personal growth.

Wellness Mentoring: Let's Focus on You!

Sometimes having someone walk alongside you is the extra boost you need to tackle specific wellness goals.  Whether it's maintaining a regular yoga practice, bringing more clarity and intention to your day through meditation, addressing unhealthy habits or all of the above, this consultation plan is designed just for you.  

Choose from a four or six-week package, either in person or online.

Hello! I'm a certified 200-hour yoga teacher, and I've been teaching for 15 years.  During most of that time I had full-time jobs, but enjoyed teaching classes whenever I could.​ It has always been a dream to teach yoga as my main pursuit. That dream has finally come true, and I would love to share it with you.
