The EveryBodyFlowYoga Wellness Community is designed for women who want wellness guidance that doesn't pressure to conform or perform. The Community is comprised of three areas: The Front Desk, Lotus Lounge and Wellness Studio - interconnected spaces of encouragement and inspiration. The tour includes a general explanation of each area with links to full page explanations.

WELCOME
Each month, The Front Desk introduces the monthly intention, which guides all exercises, wellness prompts, and practices throughout the community.
From here, members can explore the community in a way that feels right for them:

Path One: Follow the weekly wellness prompts, engaging with specific areas of the community, or move intuitively at your own pace and let your curiosity lead the way.

Path Two: Follow the 6-Month Wellness Journey, a self-paced path designed to help you build sustainable habits in movement, nourishment, and reflection. You can begin at any time, pause when needed, and return whenever it feels right.
No matter which path you choose, the goal is the same: to support you in discovering and nurturing your authentic wellness journey.

Setting intentions help us to gather our energy around one central theme.
By doing this as a community, we can spur each other on with a related focus.
As individuals, intentions help us stay the course providing a framework for our goals.

Self-Love
February is often designated as the month of LOVE because of Valentine's Day and often the focus is on romantic love.
But how we love ourselves sets the tone for everything else.
As a member you can explore ways of loving yourself through healthy nourishment, movement and reflection - all prompts and guidance found within the wellness space.

Welcome to the
Lotus Lounge
It can be hard to hear yourself with all the noise of the world, and if you can't hear yourself, it's difficult getting to know your authentic self. The Lotus Lounge is designed to help you slow down enough to connect with yourself - through breath and thoughtful contemplation - and help you to be at ease in your own skin.
As a member you can explore several rooms: the Breath Room with breath exercises and meditations, Reflection Room with weekly affirmation and journal prompts, Nutritious Kitchen with healthy recipes and Self-Care Suite containing a weekly wellness prompt like taking a short walk. Each room is designed to meet you where you are while inspiring you to allow your intuition and authentic self to guide your next steps.

Reflection Room
Affirmations don't always seem like they make a difference, but with repetition, they really do. Each week a new affirmation is posted to ponder and infuse into your mind and heart.

Writing is a well-proven method of capturing our thoughts and connecting with ourselves. Each week new journal prompts invite you to briefly stop and look inward.

The Wellness Studio
This space contains a growing library of yoga and meditation videos
PLUS a monthly live class followed by time for Q&A .
This place of movement is meant to combine body, mind and emotions.
Each month, you’ll find 3–5 practices aligned with the monthly intention designed to support you on your personal yoga journey.
As a member, you can also request classes tailored to your personal practice.

February’s intention is Love—beginning with how we meet ourselves. Heart-opening practices are an invitation to explore space in the chest, breath, and upper body with care and choice.
