Hello & Welcome!

My name is Amanda and my yoga journey began in 2005 in New York City as a way to manage stress. I quickly experienced the deeper physical and mental benefits of a regular practice.

After moving to Washington, D.C. and completing my 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification, I began teaching in welcoming, nontraditional spaces—including a local bike shop—where I worked with students who were new to yoga or didn’t feel at home in typical studio settings.
Since then, I’ve taught hundreds of students across the U.S. and Germany, balancing my teaching with full-time work before eventually making yoga my full-time focus. I’ve led Vinyasa, prenatal, and one-on-one classes, created a Yoga PT program for U.S. soldiers, and hosted retreats designed to help people reconnect with themselves.

Now based in Eschenbach i.d.O., Bavaria with my two dogs, I specialize in accessible yoga for all bodies and levels.
My mission is simple: to create space for people to feel strong, supported, and empowered through yoga.Wherever you are in your journey, I’d love to support you. Namaste.
What my students are saying...

"Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, Amanda will make everyone feel comfortable and welcome from the moment you step onto the mat. Her ability to explain the postures with such clarity, while encouraging mindfulness and connection to breath, makes each session feel like a full-body and soul recharge."
Stacie

“Amanda's years of experience truly shine through - her classes are relaxing, grounding and leave you feeling completely refreshed. ”
Mari

"I started doing yoga with Amanda about halfway through my pregnancy. During those classes I had never felt so relaxed and stretched out. She is very attentive and just an all around amazing person. I wish I had known about her classes sooner! "
