We begin with a 30-minute evaluation session to assess:

  • Physical limitations

From there, you receive:

  1. A customized movement and nervous system regulation plan

  2. Weekly 60-minute private sessions

  3. Personalized yoga sequences for independent practice

  4. Breathwork and focus training

  5. Accountability and integration support

  6. A 30-minute closing session with long-term strategy

Sustainable wellness isn't obtained by random yoga or breath sessions.
