Personal Instruction allows for a deeper understanding of your body and mind, helping you develop a safe and effective yoga practice while meeting your heath and wellness goals.

We'll chat before class to determine what style of yoga is right for you.

Private Prenatal Classes

Yoga is extremely beneficial during pregnancy, but each trimester requires certain modifications as your baby grows and your body prepares for delivery. Classes are tailored to your trimester to meet the needs of your body and your baby. 

Payment

  • Once you request a service, I will contact you within 24 hours, excluding Sundays, to work out the details. You will receive an invoice with a payment link.

  • All services are paid for in advance.

  • All major Credit Cards and PayPal accepted. 

Terms of Service

  • To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance or forfeit the payment for that class.

  • If you cancel or need to reschedule and do so 24 hours in advance, you have 2 weeks to reschedule a single class or within the time allotted for a bundle class. Otherwise, the payment for that class will be forfeit.

Class Location

Personal Instruction or small groups:

  • Client site or online.

  • Depending on the class size, mats and yoga props are available.​​
