The EveryBodyFlowYoga Wellness Community is designed for women who want wellness guidance that doesn't include pressure to conform or perform. Each month, I provide a wellness path centered around a monthly theme. Choose to follow the path or explore at your own pace. 

 

The Community is comprised of three areas: The Front Desk, Lotus Lounge and Wellness Studio - interconnected spaces of encouragement and inspiration as you travel your unique wellness path.

Each month, The Front Desk introduces the monthly intention and weekly offers an optional path to move through the community to enhance your wellness journey. You can choose what feels right for you — follow the suggested path or explore at your own pace in your own way. The goal is to support your authentic wellness journey.

Setting intentions help us to gather our energy around one central theme.

By doing this as a community, we can spur each other on with a related focus.

As individuals, intentions help us stay the course providing a framework for our goals.

Example Monthly Intention :
Self-Love

February is often designated as the month of LOVE because of Valentine's Day and often the focus is on romantic love.

But how we love ourselves sets the tone for everything else. 

As a member you can explore ways of loving yourself through healthy nourishment, movement and reflection - all prompts and guidance found within the wellness space.

Optional Path Example

  • Begin with Reflection: Head to the Lotus Lounge and spend a few moments in the Reflection Room. Read this week’s affirmation and respond to one journal prompt.

  • Move into Practice: Go to the Wellness Studio and choose one yoga or meditation session to practice.

  • Engage: Share a reflection or milestone in the Zen Den (not pictured here) — or simply ask a question using the Q/A form below.

Lotus Lounge

It's hard to hear yourself with all the noise of the world, and if you can't hear yourself, it's hard to know your authentic self.  The Lotus Lounge is designed to help you slow down enough to connect with yourself - through breath and thoughtful contemplation - to help you be at ease in your own skin.

 

As a member you can explore several rooms: the Breath Room, Reflection Room, Nutritious Kitchen and Self-Care Suite — each with simple exercises and prompts designed with your wellness in mind.

Reflection Room

Affirmations don't always seem like they make a difference, but with repetition, they really do. Each week a new affirmation is posted to ponder and infuse into your mind and heart.

Weekly Affirmation

“I honor myself, my needs, and my growth with compassion and patience.”

Writing is a well-proven method of capturing our thoughts and connecting with ourselves. Each week new journal prompts invite you to briefly stop and look inward.

This space contains a growing library of yoga and meditation videos

PLUS a monthly live class followed by time for Q&A .

This place of movement is meant to combine body, mind and emotions.

Each month, you’ll find 3–5 practices aligned with the monthly intention designed to support you on your personal yoga journey.

As a member, you can also request classes tailored to your personal practice.

February’s intention is Love—beginning with how we meet ourselves. Heart-opening  practices are an invitation to explore space in the chest, breath, and upper body with care and choice.

Who can join?

This is a space for women seeking gentle, supportive wellness practices and a welcoming, non-judgmental environment.  The membership policy is based on maintaining a welcoming, accepting space.  All members are requited to follow this policy for continued participation in the community.
